Lots of dark malt, but not "burnt" like some Imperial Stouts. Alcohol is a bit hot now, but it should mellow with age. Bottle conditioned. "Can be kept for 8 years or longer"...I believe it. OG 24.3°P, color 302 EBC, bitterness 48 IBU.

Big fruity hop flavor with a mild bitterness. "The Hoppiest Beer of Belgium". It's supposed to last five years, according to the label; might be worth putting some away.

Hugely malty, with sweet flavors of chocolate and toffee. Some alcohol. Some grassy hops. Really fruity, estery. Very mildly tart in the finish, with lots and lots of malt. The bottle says it's good for ten years; get another bottle or two and see for yourself.
