Fiercely malty, with lots of dark caramel, dark fruit, and alcohol. Very warming...very smooth. Lots of fruity complexity, less of the Weissbier character. Some smokiness. 28°Plato.

  Deep bright red. Hig carbonation. Big fluffy head. Clove, banana, dark fruit aromas, with some alcohol. Big body. Fizzy. Lots of malt and lots of wheat malt. Good Weissbier flavors. Quite warming. Dark caramel appears in the dry finish. Not as chewy as Aventinus Eisbock; in fact, it's positively light. (Relatively speaking.) 18.5°Plato.
