Translucent golden. Huge dense head. Fresh fruity and noble hop aroma, with wheat malt and a hint of cloves. Medium body, very fizzy. Big fruity hop flavor on top of a fine Schneider Weisse. Bitter, but well-balanced. Very unusual, interesting beer. Bill says that when he visited Kelheim they told him that they send almost all of this beer to the U.S. because Germans won't drink it: it's too bitter, too "weird".
