Big sweet maltiness at first, quickly overtaken by some Belgian phenols and a hint of acetaldehyde. Finishes sweet and phenolic, in a pleasant sort of way.

It doesn't say anything about fruit or spices on the label, but there's an intense coriander/lemon-peel flavor here.

      Bright golden. Incredibly high carbonation. Nice dense head. Sweet malt aroma, hugely spicy and nicely alcoholic. Light-medium body. FIERCELY fizzy and really alcoholic. Wow. Incredibly malty and spicy and complex and tasty. This could very well be the best Tripel I've ever tasted.
