Draft Beers

  • All Served in Proper Glassware. 25mL (8.5oz)
  • All Beers Brewed in Belgium

    Blanche De Chambly

  • (5% ABV) by Unibroue in Quebec, Canada
  • This White Ale is brewed with an interesting blend of unmalted Quebec wheat and pale barley malt, to which spices and natural aromatics are added, along with a light hopping. It is only partially filtered retaining the full benefits of its natural ingredients giving it a cloudy appearance that was characteristic of pale beers in the Middle Ages. While it is naturally of a champagne color, it appears white because of the fresh yeast in suspension. The aroma is lightly fruity with a hint of citrus. It has flavors of wheat, subtle spices, and citrus. Very refreshing!
  • St. Bernardus Abt 12

  • (10% ABV) by Brouwerij in St. Bernardus, Belgium
  • This classic Quadruple offers more concentrated flavors than a Belgian Dubbel. It emerges dark brown in color with flavors of dark fruits, a deep malty nose, and a sweet but smooth taste. The high alcohol content is well balanced making this a marvelous sipping beer.
  • Delirium Tremens

  • (8.5% ABV) by teh Huyghe Brewery, in Belgium
  • Ah, the Pink Elephant! Sip Delirium Tremens slowly to reveal the depth of its flavor. It is bitter at first, then delightfully peppery. The aroma is both malty and robust. This unique and sumptuous character is due to a distinctive brewing process involving 3 types of yeast and centuries of tradition. Delirium Tremens was crowned a world champion beer in 1998.
  • Trois Pistoles

  • (9%) by Unibroue Chambly in Quebec, Canada
  • This Strong Dark Ale is brewed with roasted malt. Its rich smooth texture, and the presence of yeast give it a very distinctive flavor. It is dark brown in color, has an aroma of ripe fruit, is slightly sweet tasting enhanced by accents of roasted malt, cocoa, ripe fruit and dark spices with a smooth old port like finish.
  • Gouden Carolus Hopsinjoor

  • (8% ABV) by Brouwerij Het Anker in Mechelen, Belgium
  • This golden blonde Belgium IPA has a mild hops aroma, nice light roasted malt sweetness, with a punch of hops without being overly bitter. The four types of hops used are golding, spalt, Hallertau, and Sazz. The hops are added at several times during the brewing process to produce the maximum flavor resulting in a gentle, but bitter aftertaste.
